The retreat is May 19 - 21, 2023 in Crawford, Texas at the Gathering Oaks Retreat Center.
The retreat price includes all sessions, meals, snacks, welcome gift and swag bag. Other services will be available al carte.
Of course! Anyone can take advantage of our Bring-A-Friend option for only $350. By sharing a room with friend you can save on your overall costs.
The pricing is based on the varying rooming options within the retreat facility.

Yes, there is an abundance of personal (free) time built into the agenda for attendees to reflect, connect with their own purpose and fellowship with others as they choose.
We have King and Queen private suites available, tiny houses which will accommodate up to 3 people and the Gathering House which is 5 bedrooms of shared space. See the accommodations for more details.
Although we love and adore children, this is an adult only retreat. We hope to offer retreats for the whole family in the future.
Yes, be sure to answer the Dietary Restrictions section on the Registration Form. We will do our very best to accommodate your dietary needs. Feel free to contact us with any specific concerns or questions.
Spring time is Texas is often beautiful yet unpredictable so we suggest the following:
- Personal care items (shampoo, lotion, etc.) are provided in each suite but feel free to bring your own preferred products.
- Bug repellent (It is spring time and they will likely be out and about!)
- Comfortable and relaxed clothing for daily activities. A light jacket/sweater for potentially cool evenings. Comfortable walking shoes.
We will serve wine and cocktails during our Welcome Meet & Great and during our Joy Hour. You are welcome to bring your favorite wine or cocktail. Non-alcoholic beverages (water, tea, juice, coffee, etc.) will be available for guests to partake at anytime during the retreat.
The retreat is located in the heart of Texas at the Gathering Oaks Retreat. The address is 316 Canyon Oaks Rd, Crawford, TX 76638.
From Fort Worth: Take I-35W/I-35 S towards Waco. Take Hwy 6 N/TX-6 N to Canyon Oaks Rd in McLennan County.
From Dallas: Take I-35E/I-35 S towards Waco. Take Hwy 6 N/TX-6 N to Canyon Oaks Rd in McLennan County.
